Day 29 - 5.9 kg lost

A man decides to overeat at McDonald's and documents how his body deteriorates.

This is what Morgan Spurlock did in his movie "Super Size Me".

And the result was quite predictable 
as his calorie intake was twice as much as  considered healthy,
and he deliberately stopped exercising.

With overeating and not exercising,
he would have ruined his body with virtually any kind of food.

To me, the real challenge is:

Is it possible to eat at McDonald's only and keep - or even lose - weight?
